I am going away, can I put my shop on hold?

At this time, you cannot pause your listings. In order to retain positive ratings on your feedback, we recommend planning ahead of time if you know you are going to be away. If something unexpected comes up, you can end your listing early. 

I didn’t get an email to confirm the setup of my AudioFlea account?

If you haven’t received an email to confirm your registration to AudioFlea, please contact support@audioflea.com and a Flea member will get back to you within 24 hours. 

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to My Account and Edit Profile. There will be a field for you to update your password there.

Can I change my username? 

In order to keep AudioFlea fair and for all buyers and sellers, we do not allow users to change their usernames once they are created.
